Hidden Gem Greenville, DE
This new construction home in Greenville, Delaware looks like it was carved out of the countryside with a series of projects that won DiSabatino Landscaping an Award of Excellence from the National Association of Landscape Professionals.
A covered outdoor living room, three stone fireplaces, and a winding granite-style cobblestone driveway complement the stone and brick exterior of the home. Next to the flagstone patio and pavilion is a koi pond with a waterfall, fire pit, and hot tub. Each area is separate but cohesive, with corresponding accents to tie them all together.
Before any construction work began, DiSabatino’s crew members regraded the lawn with a drainage and irrigation system to protect against any potential water concerns. They planted native landscaping that blooms all year round and works with the terrain of the property.
The outdoor living room is flanked by a stately Delaware blue granite and brick fireplace that warms the area year-round. The ceiling, which features recessed lighting, fans, and heating elements, was built from exposed beams by Amish framers. A commercial-grade outdoor kitchen and serving bar are accentuated with travertine marble flooring.
Outside the pavilion, a wet-laid bluestone patio and walkways welcome guests. Low-voltage lighting was strategically placed around the property to accentuate the features of the home.
Each outdoor living area offers the homeowners privacy and entertaining space. DiSabatino Landscaping used crews specializing in landscaping, hardscaping, masonry, and lighting to create this stunning, one-of-a-kind stone and brick masterpiece.
