A New Pool House Offers Endless Entertaining
This Delaware home already had a pool, but the infrastructure around it was cracked and badly in need of remodeling.
DiSabatino Landscaping renovated the existing stone walls and replaced the patio with a wet-laid travertine pool deck. They also built a new pool house with two terraced areas flanking each side.
The pool house features a wall of wide glass doors leading to a spacious seating area. A custom kitchen with a wide granite countertop has two windows that open to create a bar seating area outside. This area also contains a tall table with outdoor dining.
Privacy fencing on one side and a natural stone retaining wall along the pool border anchor the space. On the opposite end of the pool, a large woodburning fireplace extends entertaining all night long.
Native landscaping complements the resort feel of the property. Strategic LED lighting lights up the pool and highlights certain areas of the outdoor space.
